These distinct parameters make “00” flour the most suitable for Italian pizza dough.
Our journey of flavor, which began in 2016 in Gaziosmanpaşa, Ankara, continues under the Double Zero brand in various parts of Ankara. After opening our first branch in Gaziosmanpaşa, Ankara, we expanded by opening our second branch in Ümitköy, Ankara, in 2021, and our third branch in Yaşamkent, Ankara, in 2022. In August 2024, we opened our latest branch at Panora Shopping Mall, adding not only the beloved atmosphere of Double Zero but also introducing very special recipes, offering our guests a whole new Italian experience.
As the Double Zero Family, we embarked on this journey with the mission of preserving the tradition of Italian pizza and pizza culture. We have also added special pastas, Italy's most famous recipes, and desserts to our menu.
